Essentially IAV is another build and manage type of game, with the added draw of being a spin off from the funny and popular Ice Age Movies. So your favourite neolithic (or is it paleolithic?) game characters all star in this animated movie app spin-off: Sid, Diego, Manny and Ellie are all there to amuse you. And being such nice guys they're trying to build a village for some poor stranded Ice Age animals. That's where you come in build a super duper homeless creature refuge , breed them like a modern day Noah (I though this game was family friendly!) and of course keep the critters entertained too. (Who's your favourite creature? Chipmunk? Brown Mammoth?)
How to earn more coins in Ice Age Village
Coins means cool things to buy so stick to the basic rules of the hit app and you can't go wrong: You need to focus on the creatures habitats as this is the main coin earner in Ice Age. Keep the animals happy and fed and the habitats will keep on producing coins. Expand your habitats by going to the in game store and choosing your next furry buddy. All interactions are done with a single click-click to feed, click to add a companion, click to breed (use the baby tab and remember two babies means big bucks),and two creatures in the same habitat boosts coin output too.

Find Scrat once a day in your buddies' villages for extra coins, heaps of Moolah appear randomly throughout and need to be dug up for a coin boost.
What can I use Ice-Age Village Acorns For?
It's best to save these acorns up to purchase rare animals, the acorns can also be used to speed up build times for your habitats and other structures and to unlock village expansions. There's many ways to earn coins such as watching in game videos,playing mini games and of course paying for them. Remember to of course keep adding friends and completing collections.
How to increase your reputation
Of course as a start you need to keep visiting friends villages and giving them a helping hand. And then just keep on sending them hearts 'cos hearts will soon enough get you stars.
I have a goal to achieve, and I don't know how to LIKE a village. I have clicked on the hearts, but that is not it. How do I do it?

Delete1. Tap the "stuff" button on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Select "Friends". If you have already added some friends, you'll see them displayed on your map.
3. Tap one of the friends on your map
4. Select ”Visit”
You'll be redirected to your neighbour's village. There, you should see a couple of hearts, in the top left corner. Tap the heart!

ReplyDeleteI have a quest to buy a penguin but there isnt a penguin in the shop! Does anyone know how to omplete this quest?
ReplyDeleteIf you can't see the penguin you probably haven't gotten to the level and unlocked it to unlock it continue to go through levels until you reach the level needed to unlock the penguin hope this help!

DeleteHave you looked carefully in your collection? Perhaps it has been a price, or you accidently storaged it in your collection. If it is there, it does not count for the quest until you place it back in the village. Hope you'll find it there.

ReplyDeleteI am level 59, with a KFS cash bonus of nearly 6 1/2 million coins (which i win almost every other day). I am 4 expansions from filling the entire ice "block", and am still working on finishing up some collections. I have been trying to attain the snowy fox, which I have been unsuccessful at thus far. There are many differences in platforms to which this game can be played, and I personally am using a Nook Tablet, and would like to know if there are any other tips/tricks which could be used to increase profitability in the game.

ReplyDeleteIf you type into google FREE COIN AND ACORN CHEATS then click on one that says " cheats fro coi......." you"ll be able to get up to 2,555,000 acorns and coins. And I actually am a nook user to.
ReplyDeleteExtraordinary illumination,those are my top three animals as well!Piranha,sloth, and green bird.The decorations truly build the coin amount.What I have been doing is securing a spot on the village where I can encompass the creature family with the most decorations.I purchase the land based on the design on it,then have gotten free ones with the mystery game and purchase them when they are on special.I then put the animals in order based on the time they will pay out.Just the ones that pay at 10 min or more.When I have time I rotate the animals to that spot encompassed by the most decorations with the higher payout. confounded yet?;) i have earned tons of coins thusly!Now is the ideal time expending so I don't do it often, however fun to do.
